Where do I start!? Post Covid (still feeling the affects of that crazy time) new schools, two kids (4 and 15 years old!), sports and just life! On first meeting Joyce Fernandes, it was obvious that she was the person to handle the sale of my condo. She was most knowledgeable, personable, professional, ready to respond to whatever my needs were. Ms. Fernandes recommended the date she thought we should put the condo on the market. Although I was unsure, I followed her advice. The condo sold in less than 2 months as there was essentially no competition at the time. There are not enough positive words to describe Ms. Fernandes and the manner in which she handles things. She was always available, always knew what was needed next and moved to implement whatever it was. She went miles beyond what anyone would expect a real estate agent to do. My experience with Joyce was wonderful. It was a pleasure working with her to find a tenant for my rental. She is very warm, personable, detailed and knowledgeable about the area and market. Whenever I called or texted her, I would receive a reply immediately, if possible, or soon afterwards if she was busy with a client. She always kept me apprised of the property showings and the feedback from the prospective tenants. She made the entire process a smooth one, finding a tenant in a relatively short period of time.
