Joyce Haden

Joyce is an outstanding realator. She has extensive knowledge of the market, and she’s very patient. She will spend the time that it takes to get to know her clients so that she can find the right property at the right price for them. She took us around several times and looked at 20 or so houses before finding our perfect property. After the first 2 outings, she really got a sense for what kinds of layouts/architectures were speaking to us. Then we found the house that we loved, and she worked with us to get it at the right price.

Joyce is not only an exceptional realtor but has become a wonderful dear friend. I think she loves our kids as much as we do. She was patient with them and got them involved in the selling process by creating games for them with prizes if they did things to get the house ready to show. We love her and would never use anyone else.

Joyce was incredible!! Listened and found our dream property.
