Joyce Schumacher

E ARE HOMEOWNERS!!!! We just finished closing and this feels so awesome, we're on cloud 9! We can't even begin to thank Joyce Schumacher enough for all the help, let me tell you we have flip flopped and said lets' do this....no let's look at this....no this....wait this... and she NEVER once showed any frustration with us or told us we were crazy when clearly we are lol, she just loved on us, consistently said "i want you and your family to be happy, that's my job!", and found us our forever home! We are sooooooooo happy THANK YOU JOYCE!!!!!!! We love you and you have made this so comfortable and wonderful. You just have a way of making it all seem so easy! Now we must celebrate!!!!!!!

Joyce provided us with most superior service - she is knowledgeable in her field and was able to find us the perfect home. We appreciated her time and her willingness to make the extra effort to make sure we saw every home that we were interested in. We would highly recommend Joyce to anyone who is looking to purchase any type of real estate. Now if we could just get her to help unpack!!

Our experience with Joyce was very positive. We immediately felt right at home with her. She was very patient and understanding and we found her extremely knowledgeable. Joyce made herself very accessible no matter what time of the day. As someone who has dealt with the public, we found her a real asset to your company. On a scale of 1-10, we'd give her an eleven.

Joyce was so helpful and professional as she assisted us in finding our retirement home in Nixa. Her knowledge and experience made the closing procedures as smooth as possible. We would definitely recommend Joyce to anyone interested in buying or selling their property.

I would like to take this time to let you know what a wonderful experience it was working with Joyce. She is a very patient and caring Lady. She didn't rush us to find our home, rather she got to know us and cared about our wants and needs in our home. She found us the perfect home and couldn't have done a better job of fulfilling our Dream of retiring at the lake. Joyce is a honest and dependable person you can trust. We are so thankful we met her and consider her a dear friend.

Joyce Schumacher has been awesome in helping us with our home purchases. We are investors and have purchased two homes through Joyce. She has been very efficient and knowledgeable and the transactions have gone very smoothly. Considering I am a little particular, I needed someone that pays attention to detail. Joyce had no problem keeping up with questions I had and always got back to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Joyce and will use her for any future purchases we make.

You did a fantastic job for us! Would highly recommend you!Francie Nunn Hattabaugh
