When making one of the biggest decisions of my life I want honest, dependable people in my corner. I recently purchased my second home and used Juan's services again. I was concerned about this process because I was selling and buying a home far away at the same time. I had a ton of questions that just couldn't wait to fit into the "9-5" time frame. As a first time home buyer, Juan's expertise and knowledge surpassed my expectations of what I would get as far as assistance from any realtor. All of my questions were answered and I was provided with solid advice and assistance throughout the whole process. On multiple occasions, I would spend a decent amount of time on the phone with Juan just asking questions after question, and he was always sure to make time and give me great answers. What can I say, it's been almost 2 months in my new home and I still can not thank Juan and his team enough. Trying to buy my first home during COVID was stressful, but Juan was there every step of the way to help give advice and explain every step of the process. Juan and his team were incredible to work with. We were nervous to purchase our new home before selling our old home. Timing and execution are key through this kind of process and they really nailed it! We were also dealt with quite a few uncertainties as both transactions occurred in the middle of the Covid pandemic. Juan was a Godsend! Not only did he walk us through every step of the preparation, listing, and contract negotiation process, making sure things were clear and we were happy with how things were going, but he truly went above and beyond the call of duty. We had a definite amount we wanted to make off the sale but were also looking to sell as quickly as possible, and Juan helped us understand the things we could do to make the property really stand out in the field and help us hit our closing goal. Once we started getting offers (less than two weeks after the listing went live), he walked us through knowing exactly what our best option was and why. Then, when the buyers inspector deemed the brand new roof (less than 60 days old) to be improperly installed, he ran point on communications with a reluctant contractor and managed to find a compromise that kept the buyer happy and still landed us above our bottom line. I really cant recommend Juan and his team enough!

First off, my property had some challenges. Other realtors I spoke to came across as being negative in my opinion. After my initial call with Juan and walkthrough of my home, he pointed out the obvious issues we may have at selling the property. Juan put together a game plan of what he suggested I should do to help sell the house. I took all the advice and did what he suggested. Doing that, actually had someone knock on my door wanting to buy the house prior to listing (it was showing as coming soon). After the first weekend of showings, we had four offers to choose from.
