Juan Delgado

Throughout my 20 years of extensive senior management experience, I have been able to develop strong leadership competencies across multiple cultures and business environments. I´m fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English and have lived in Colombia, the UK, USA, Brazil and Mexico. Born in Colombia where I obtained my Bachelor´s degree I moved early in my career to the UK and shortly after to the USA to work as a Sales and Marketing executive for an Engineering Group (Gardener Denver). In the following years I relocated to Brazil to establish a green field operation. I was involved in my first merger and acquisition projects at the same time I pursued an MBA degree in the most prestigious Business School in Brazil, the Fundaçao Getulio Vargas.
