Juan Giraldo

Juan Giraldo is the founder and broker-owner of The Giraldo Group, serving clients since 2017 and operating as broker-owner since 2023. Over his career, Juan has transacted more than $50 million in real estate, spanning co-ops, condos, luxury properties, and everyday homes, including buildings as large as 79 units. Beyond brokerage, Juan brings deep operational expertise: he has managed portfolios of over 5,000 apartments at a time and overseen capital improvement projects totaling more than $80 million.
