July 2016 - We were extremely impressed with Judy. It was clear she knew what she was taking about and what the market wanted. We got 10 different offers the first day or home went on the market. We even got an offer over our asking price. But the most impressive thing to me was that she gave me an honest assessment of the offers which led us to accepting a different offer than the highest one. She loves what she does and shes great at it. A very happy client.

August 2016 What I love about Judy the most is that she isnt afraid to tell you the truth. She told us what we needed to do to sell our home for the maximum price and when we put our house on the market we had multiple offers in a single day (10 to be exact). She advised us what to watch out for when we were having our home built and advised us to have certain independent inspections done to prevent the builder for overlooking issues that could have cost us thousands of dollars in the future. The bottom line is when it comes to real estate Judy knows what to do and how to get it done!

March 2016 Judy Hayes was an incredible asset on both sides (buying our existing home and selling our old home). She was extremely knowledgeable of the market areas, selling prices and masterful in the art of negotiation! My old house (AS IS-Fixer upper) was listed, sold and closed on within 9 days (cash in hand)!!! Judy has an extensive network of mortgage brokers, contractors, inspectors, etc to assist with every aspect of the purchase or sale of your home.
