We found Judith to be both extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful in our home selection process. She was careful to first gain a sound understanding of our needs. Then, leveraging her extensive knowledge of the geography and thorough understanding of home-ownership particulars, helped us find the home where we currently reside and absolutely enjoy. Judith was dedicated to seeing our home search through to a successful conclusion, contacting us regularly with homes to view, and making herself available to us for questions or concerns. Her methods were very efficient as we found our home in less than a month. Additionally, Judith has a personable way about her that is very engaging and congenial, which made for pleasant interactions.I would not only highly recommend Judith as a realtor to others; I would actively seek to work with her again should we be in the market to find another home.

5.0 star rating 1/9/2017WHAT A GREAT REAL ESTATE AGENT!! We recently sold my Mom's home in Longwood, FL and needed a listing agent. I made a couple of phone calls, was nervous about who to chose and along came Judith. She insured the whole process was efficient and easy for us. Her marketing strategy resulted in multiple solid offers above asking price and we ended up with a fast closing. I found Judith to be highly professional with great sales savvy, very knowledgeable of the market, compassionate to our situation, willing to go the extra for us and very attentive to the details. If I had more houses to sell Judith Topper would definitely be working for me! She is Top Notch!

5.0 star rating 1/25/2018If you want a realtor that will go above and beyond for you Judith Topper is your person . I am a first time home buyer and had no clue what to look for . She is very knowledgeable in styles of homes and building materials. She is also very detailed and dedicated to get you what you want . She found a home for my family and I and not just a house to live in .

Judith Topper was a lifesaver for my husband and myself. We live in Wisconsin and have been snow birds for the last 4-5 years in the Florida area, living with relatives doing the winter months. We have been looking for a place to rent or lease for over a year. When we finally found a short-term lease in the location we wanted to stay in, it was out of our budget. Judith however went out of her way to search for rental and leased properties. However, Judith informed us that she only sold properties and did not deal with rentals or lease agreements, she went over and above her job requirements, and sent us a number of rental homes, townhouses and condos to review. She contacted several other properties and took the time out of her busy schedule to go to these properties and FaceTimed us to see what they looked like. She even provided detailed information on each area. She followed up on a daily basis. Although she did not make any commission for assisting us she not only send us several listings to review. She also FaceTimed us and walked through with her iPhone to let us visually see what the area and the property entailed, from the entrance of the gate to just about every corner of the rental. Judith is extremely knowledgeable in her profession! We have never experienced a realtor who went above and beyond their job requirements to assure us she would help find a location and property to suit our needs. We are so grateful that Judith was the first individual to contact us when we put our names out on several realtor sites regarding properties-within the Orlando area. Judith is not just knowledgeable, capable and extremely professional but she is a delight to work with. Judith we like to thank you from the bottom of our heart for all you did for us. We could not have found the right property and location if it was not for your diligence, knowledge and skills! So with this being said we highly recommend, anyone looking for a home to buy throughout the surrounding Orlando Florida area, Judith Topper is the agent to contact. It is our belief that you will not find anyone more skilled, more caring and more professional than Judith Topper. We certainly will be using her at our time of purchase. She is an amazing advocate with skills and talents that are superior to anyone we've worked with in the past.
