We were selling our lovely home, as we had decided to downsize. Owen Welch sold our home quickly and we were able to stay in our home until the new home was completed. Owen from the Welch Team listed my home in Forsyth County. It was under contract within a few weeks. Person buying the home was also a real estate agent so glad I also had good representation to negotiate the details. Owen caught a couple of clerical errors made by attorney on closing documents that saved me a few hundred dollars. Overall a smooth transaction.
