Judy listed, but didn't sell, my home
Dishonest Agent. Judy Banks listed our property incorrectly then misrepresented it to buyers. She refused to make the corrections. Weeks after we discontinued her services (she signed a release) she tried to blackmail us for money stating that she would not remove the listing from RMLS until we paid her a bribe. She said no other agent could list it until she removed it from RMLS. She said she would increase the amount if we did not pay if fast. We are filing a complaint with the State of Oregon now. Avoid her, she is well know in the community for these types of activities.

My husband and I experienced a home purchase from hell last year. It was 4 months from the date of the initial offer and closing. The sellers and their realtor were the most unethical people we have ever dealt with. They even went so far as to put the house back on the market and found a cash buyer. Judy kept abreast of all issues that arose during this purchase. She is very knowledgeable of real estate law, building codes and real estate ethics and took the extra mile to ensure that the seller and their realtor abided by the same law. Judy definitely earned her commission and much more. If you want a realtor who will go to bat for you give her a call!
Judy never responded to my request
She responded to one of my e-mails. After that she ignored 4 of my e'mails. It was rude of her to ignore me. I am a serious customer and I deserve the respect of being answered even if the answer were to say I am not interested in you as a customer. My experience with judy banks was very un satisfactory
