Overall, we had a very positive experience with Judy.

Very unprofesssional realtor. Always full of excuses. Neighbors tried to warn me but we worked with her anyway and it was a huge mistake. We will be talking to her office about the bad business practices she has continued to display.

Very unethical. Only wants to participate if she gets "both sides" of the transaction which she exploits to her advantage. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Judy.

Turn around and run the other way! Everyone I talk to has the same horrible experience with Judy...She doesn't want to show you listings that are not hers. Only wants to work both sides of the deal, which will not be in your best interest regardless of the discount you think she is giving you! 'I listed it / Sold it'. She is unethical and it is astonishing that she still has a license.
