Judy Griffin

We were online looking for houses in the Crestview, Niceville, and surrounding area for about a month. One day there was a pop-up from a Realtor, Judy Griffin, stating she saw we were interested in housing in her area and would like very much to see if she could assist us. We contacted her via email and so started a years worth of grateful assistance in many ways. We told her what we liked and what our needs were and a price range to start. She started to send home listings our way and we would pick out the ones we liked. We eventually made time to go back to the Panhandle from South Florida to meet with her and look at homes. Twice we chose homes and put down deposits only to run into problems on our end with the sale of our own home and then health issues which put a hold on buying up there. Judy never once gave up on our dream to move to that area and through a trying year continued to keep us informed of homes on the market in her area.Finally we got a solid contract on our home and could go back to Crestview where she had found the home we wanted and in a couple days had a contract and price we all agreed on, a settlement date. and even had the inspection prior to us going back to South Florida to start packing. She and the inspection team also gave us names of persons we wanted to make those personal changes everyone does to make a house your home. If all Realtors were as prepared, efficient, and very kind and personable,there would never be a year like the one we had with Realtors in another setting. Judy Griffin is an asset to that area

udy was the absolute best - she listened to what we wanted, out have to haves, negotiables, etc. She spent 4 days with us and followed through with us daily. When we found the house we wanted she helped us negotiate the price, made sure carpeting was shampooed and locks all re-keyed. She went through the inspection report and worked with the sellers to ensure everything was fixed at their expense.Thanks to Judy the whole process went very smoothly and we were able to close in a very short timeframe.We love the new house and would recommend Judy to anyone looking for a house in the Escambia County, Okaloosa County, Santa Rosa County and/or Walton County areas of the Florida Panhandle.
