Judy was with us throughout the entire process, negotiating for our benefit at every turn. Whether it was issues from the inspection or extras the new buyer wanted included. Judy truly had our best interest in mind and did not make us feel as if we were just a number. Judy helped us find the perfect home in a new development that was still under construction. The spec home we bought did not come with an inspection from the builder however Judy helped line up a top notch inspector to go over every inch of the house. Judy's backgrounds in law helped us tremendously when reading through the builders contract on our new home, and explain all the little caveats to give us peace of mind as you can imagine when buying a spec home in the middle of one of the worst housing crisis this country has been through this was very much appreciated.If you need help buying or selling a house I would highly recommend Judy, you will not be disappointed!
