I recently purchased my first home with the help of Julee and Ed. Julee was the agent that I worked most closely with, but they do work as a team. Being a first time home buyer, I had many questions throughout the process. Julee and Ed helped me every step of the way, listened to all of my concerns, and answered all of my questions. I received information on new listings often and it was never a problem scheduling house viewings or contacting them with any other questions. They were very responsive and got back to me very quickly. They were also very patient given that I asked to view the same house several times before making my decision. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the industry. They made the process very easy and I couldn't be happier with the services that they provided. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy!

Julee and Edmund are a great team. Julee was my primary real state agent, she is very professional, hard working, very knowledgeable, and any information she did not know, she was quick to do research to find the information. She is very quick to respond to requests and she is always on top of things. She gave me great direction in the process of buying my first house. As a single mother it was important for me to have someone that I could truly trust, Julee made me feel secure throughout the entire process, Edmund was also very attentive, informative and professional. I was lucky to have found them. I cannot thank them enough!

I worked with Julee and Edmund to purchase a home. Julee was the main realtor I worked with during the search, but they work as a team. I went through a couple of realtors before finding Julee. She definitely made the difference. She is very knowledgeable in her craft and can guide you through the ins and outs of your purchase. She always responds timely to any questions or request you may have and makes sure to follow through on any information or action that is needed to make you a successful home buyer. Her greatest asset is keeping you updated on all house listing as they first come on the market so you wont miss out on any opportunities. She really works hard and is a great real estate agent.

She was able to focus on what I was specifically looking for in a home and look carefully and painstakingly through listings to find houses that matched my criteria. I'm happy with my purchase, and will keep her in mind for the future.

Just relocated from a completely different state. Basically we have zero knowledge about the houses here. Julee explains everything in detail patiently, even some no brainer questions. I send her an email whenever I have question(s), she will respond in a snap. I know, I sent you ten emails and each of them is only one question. Julee brought us to see many houses of our choice, not random houses. Finally we got our house. Thank you very much! Hello all, This is way overdue, I found Julee here on Zillow. She was one of three realtors. The first realtor did not even return my call. The second realtor my bank recommended. The realtor took general information and send me a list of houses in my criteria and NEVER returned my phone calls. So, I continued searching for a home on my own until I seen Julees info on Zillow. I was skeptic, but called her anyways. My called went to voice mail. I left her a message. She called me back promptly and the rest is history. I always felt comfortable with Julee. She always heard what I had to say and answered all my questions. At times it seemed like I was her only concern. As my needs changed she never hesitated to adjust. I have and will continue to recommend Julee. I know without a doubt I will call Julee again. If are considering what realtor to call, CALL JULEE. I will leave you with this. My wife and I came from out of town and needed to find a house over 3 days. Julee lined up 24 house for us to see. She was extremely well prepared. We finally decided on a house but then had to leave town. Julee took care of everything for us, and I really mean everything. She kept our keys until we go back. She organized all the inspections while we were gone and even let the contractors in the house while we were absent. She even got us a very generous house warming gift. I would definitely recommend her.

Julee is a very hard working agent! probably the most dedicated of them all. She held our hand quite a bit and worked through every last detail. Julee had to explain a lot of things and kept in touch more frequent than I would expect any agent to do. Most agents give up after a while! she just kept going and going to get me into my home! I was very happy how she handles getting my first home. I was getting a FHA loan and I found my house the first week I was looking with Julee's help. I asked the sellers after we had bought the house why they picked me. They said that I had all my documents ready and was ready to fund whereas the others were not. I have to thank Julee for this she got me started as soon as I told her I was ready to find a new home. Even when I had my doubts about it all she kept me on track and told me not to worry. I have recommended my friends to her and she has help find a home as well. She is always there when you need her. I have called her as late as 9pm left a message and she called me right back. Where else would you get someone so dedicated to helping you and answering all of your questions. I know I will go back to Julee in the future.

If there was ever an 'Agent of the Year'...'Every Year' in the Real Estate industry she is the most deserving of that award! No words could ever explain thoroughly how professional, realistic, kind, patient and most importantly, honest in every aspect during the entire rigorous process. We've dealt with other agents prior to Julee and she is nothing like any of them on many different levels. 1) Julee listens tenetively to what our thoughts were rather than do all the talking. I've noticed that other agents talk too much and does not listen enough to what our needs and wants are. 2) Julee takes immediate action with all concerns. She promptly executes a new plan to deliver with wonderful results. 3) Julee is extremely knowledgeable with each property she presents. She takes that extra step to research further about the property, neighborhood, and area. In a way, it's like she's a detective parallel to being an amazing agent. Overall, I would say that my experience with Julee Hua was excellent. From the first day that she was referred to me, she called me right back, set up the initial meeting. She went over the process with me and her role in it as my representative. She found what I was looking for and could afford. She sent me numerous listings in my budget. Throughout the process, the documents were always professionally prepared, accurate and on time no matter the time of day or day of the week. If I had a question, my phone calls were always taken or my emails were promptly responded to. We got the house that I wanted at a price I could afford on the first try. I would definitely refer Julee to my friends and family. It was a real pleasure working with Julee.
