My husband and I worked with Juli Black to sell our existing home and buy our new home. Simply put, Juli was AMAZING!!! Ms Black made herself available continually despite it being a holiday weekend and this was essential to finding the property we purchased during a short time frame. She showed only properties that fit our fairly narrow criteria which made excellent use of our time. During the negotiation she was highly responsive to issues that arose which enabled a smooth, hassle-free and timely closing process. Her professionalism was faultless and her energy level stands out from her peers.

So much to say about the experience with Juli:She is a thoughtful and thorough communicator. Our appointments to see homes were well planned and contained properties that truly fit our needs (no 'filler' because we were in the neighborhood.) Once we narrowed our focus to a few properties, her knowledge of legal contracts, option periods and the entire process was very impressive. The very few obstacles we encountered were quickly overcome by her calm demeanor and professionalism. She assembled a great team of professionals that made the process pain free, and dare I say FUN! Juli is discrete with sensitive information, a skillful negotiator, and has a keen sense for the art of the deal. We would recommend Juli every day, and twice on Sunday.
