Long overdue review for our amazing realtor. We would recommend Julia 100% to anyone looking to buy or sell in St. Augustine! When my husband and I decided that we wanted to relocate from Pennsylvania to St. Augustine we reached out to 3 realtors via email with a list of questions. Julia responded promptly with answers to all of our questions and an offer to connect over the phone. We set a time the next evening and she spent over an hour discussing our needs and giving us an overview of the different neighborhoods in St. Augustine. She made herself available for the entire weekend that we were planning to be in town the next month to show us houses. When we got to town she spent the entire day showing us houses that we were interested in, from Nocatee to Shearwater, Durbin Crossing, WGV, and St. Augustine. She even took us to new developments to ask about model homes. She offered so much great advice but we never felt pressured and she never rushed us.
