It is 2021 and we successfully transitioned from our old home into a new one. What a crazy time to be navigating this market. Julia has been doing this for over 15 years now and it shows. She was on target for all pricing. She was on point with all communication. She advocates for you like a momma bear. When needed, she tracked down brokers, lawyers, inspectors, and contractors to gently remind them that she was Alpha. She got it all done, and we are very grateful.
