Where do I start of how amazing Julia was?! Julia since day 1 was very kind, professional, and caring. You can tell that she is not in the real estate business just for the business. She genuinely cares to see her clients happy and succeed at finding a home. Reason I say this is because my wife and I were NOT going to settle for just any property. It had to be by the right train, the right neighborhood, and the right square footage. Not to mention we were on a budget! It took us months of searching and visiting units. She answered every little question we had, and never got annoyed. But when we FINALLY found it, we sure did find it. Julia was fast and efficient at putting in a offer, and getting the process started. She was diligent at following up with the loan officer, and staying in touch with the sellers representatives. She was flawless throughout the entire process. Julia became much more than just a realtor for us and will always be welcomed in our new home! The marketing - The listing was beautifully worded. The pictures highlighted the inside and outside architecture. The video was incredible! It was like watching a mini-movie tying everything together. 2. The time and effort researching the neighborhood and prior sales. 3. The thorough buyer vetting process.
