Julia Kovats

I've been a Boulder native for over 30 years, choosing it as a place to call home for its beauty and access to all of the boundless activities, including climbing, hiking, biking, nordic skiing and snowboarding. Having raised my family in the heart of Boulder, I decided to follow my lifelong passion for real estate. I work hard to exceed my client's expectations by constantly studying local market trends to know the right selling price of properties. This allows me to net the most for my sellers or to help my buyers get the most house for their money. I proactively prospect daily to bring buyers and sellers together for win-win transactions.
