Julia went above and beyond to help get our property "list ready". We were living out of state, and she helped to coordinate all work to be done, as well as fixes per our inspection report. She kept us well informed, and was extremely dedicated to the sale of our property.

I cannot imagine another realtor that has such knowledge of today's market and gives 100% of her time and effort to every detail in buying home. She walked us through the entire process while making it enjoyable. She will always be my agent and I would recommend Julia to anyone....

We just wanted to write a note to tell you our wonderful experience with your real estate services. We are not one to write letters of commendation but I have to say that the level of help I receive from Julia Mickum of Touchstone Fine Properties, went way beyond what I expected from any real estate agent. Making big decisions like relocating from the Northeast has been riddled with a lot of questions and anxiety to know if the Houston area is right for us. My husband and I were looking for a realtor, and we found one on HAR. This particular realtor just "stuck out to us" ..and boy are we glad we found her. It has been a real pleasure to know and work with Julia Mickum. We loved her directness and her tactfulness.
