My family and I recently relocated to Northern Virginia from Alabama for job opportunities and Julia was referred to us to aid in searching for a home. Where to start?...Julia was an Angel in disguise. There was a period when I was unemployed and had a negative comment on my credit report. Long overdue review for Julia BUT I gotta say, she was FANTASTIC. Julia and her husband, Joe teamed up on a mission to find me a house last fall and even with a tight timeline, they still managed to come through with an incredible result. Let me start off by saying that Julia is a professional in every sense of the word. She is always prepared, well spoken and highly educated in every aspect of her job. I had dealt with a few realtors before teaming up with Julia but there was no connection or common vision until I met Julia. I was pressed for time because my lease on my old place was up soon. I gave Julia and Joe 3 months and a general idea of what I was looking for in a home. As we began looking at houses, we were able to narrow down exactly what I wanted. They always gave me extra information, detailed reports and history for every property we went to. They never wasted my time showing me a listing they weren't sure I was going to love. We saw over 15 houses in person and went back and forth about 40 different listings online before I settled on the house I am currently in. Julia had no problem working with my ridiculous schedule to go see houses and even gave me a ride on occasion. This is all to say, Julia goes above and beyond for her clients without easing up. She knew I had a timeline and a dream in mind and she was determined to get me there. When we finally found a house that I wanted to put an offer in on, she would advise me on the best course of action and made sure I was getting the best deal possible. The paperwork was a non-issue for me because of how on top of everything she was. She put in the time and did the research on each property and presented the information to me in a neat and easy to read format so I was never in the dark. The closing process was easy and stress free for me. She was able to recommend several professional and experienced contractors to perform tests and inspection on the house so I didn't have to go hunting myself. She was with me every step of the way, pushed me when I needed it and backed off when I didn't. I never felt overwhelmed while working with her. Having Joe there certainly helped as well when it came to looking at the house, making sure I wasn't buying a money pit. Very easy to text, call and email at any time. If I ever have to buy another house, I will most certainly use Julia Morgan to find it for me. She's been in the Game for a long time and has the happy customers to back it all up.
