Julie makes empty promises on closing costs, adjusts settlement forms to hide buyer incentives and then doesn't follow through with anything promised. She also pushes everything to the last minute. We found ourselves doing a final walk through the day before closing and experienced Julie's rude attitude over having an issue with seams, nail pops, and a terrible paint job. We were told we had unreasonable expectations which were for there not to be trash in the paint or runs. There are plenty of Realtors that will treat you better. This realtor doesn't know what customer service is.
