Julian is a realtor that does it all. Not only was he there every step of the way, answer every single question for us, but he went to bat for us and got us $31k over asking. He advised us on where to spend our money in updates and it absolutely paid off, he knows his stuff. He helped us find the right contractors and anything else we needed. Heck, he even staged our house! There are lots of realtors to choose from in Bellingham, but I truly believe youll get the best service, thats honest and personable with Julian.

Julian walked us through the process of buying and selling our home concurrently, and through the Covid19 crisis as well! Julian was so responsive, kind, understanding, professional, and patient through the entire process, I could not recommend him and his team highly enough!

This was our first home buying experience and we couldn't have done it without Julian. We only had three months to find a property, find a loan, buy, and move into a new house and he made it work. We found a great house in a difficult and competitive market all because of his hard work and diligence. To start things off this was my very first home buying experience. To start things off from the very first conversation (which was a chance encounter) with Julian Friedman everything was all that I was looking for. I lived in approximately 2 hours each way from Julian's main operating area (and where he lives). I thought that he would just be giving me a consult but without asking for any signed agreement more then willing made the long drive to come search for houses with me. He graciously and diligently spent days beforehand on his own time finding very personalized listings to match my exact criteria. Once the day came about for us to go house searching we had 3 promising options in mind (didn't even make it to the 3rd). Once I stepped through the front doors I knew this place is for me. That day (which was a Saturday) Julian was able to get me pre approved (my original mortgage broker dropped the ball). His contacts are incredible, communicating every step of the way with constant updates and texts throughout the entire process Julian Friedman knows how to talk with the other team, keeping me updated on any negotiations so I am not waiting in panic, his contacts were unbelievable, setting me up with brokers and firms that had the same work ethic and pride that Julian has himself This being my first home buying process, I can't imagine how it would have gone going with anyone else, he more then willing held my hand throughout the entire process with equal excitement for my joy of now being in my FIRST TIME PERFECT HOME Thank you Julian Friedman, you were a life saver and will always be appreciated and definitely passed along to others.

We recently closed on a home in Bellingham and Julian represented us. It could not have gone more smoothly. From scheduling property visits, virtual tours, pulling out the measuring tape to help us map out the space, to closing, he was very helpful. He grew up there and clearly loves the area. We recently relocated to WA from out-of-state, and Julian made finding and purchasing a home in the Bellingham-area an been an absolute pleasure! As first time home-buyers, this was a completely new experience for us -- and navigating the intricacies of searching for available properties, accurately assessing their value, evaluating if they were a good fit for our needs, generating and placing bids, securing financing, completing the mountains of paperwork... WHEW! We were *really* glad to have him (and his office-team) in our corner! Through Julian's professional network, he was able to find us several houses that hadn't even formally hit the market yet - which felt pretty remarkable, and allowed us the opportunity to place bids on locations that no other buyers yet had access to. Additionally, well... We just genuinely ENJOYED spending time with Julian! Given the amount of time and interaction required to push a first-time home purchase all the way through to completion, it was fun to connect with someone who'd grown up in the area, and was trying to coach us towards wise long-term decisions, rather than just the highest-priced options.. It became increasingly apparent over time that Julian was genuinely invested in our family's best interests, and even after closing the deal, he has reached out twice just to make sure we continue to be happy with our decision, and to offer his help integrating with the broader Bellingham community.

Julian was so great to work with. He helped us find the perfect home. His professionalism and personality were both top notch. Even when we switched gears in mid stream and changed cities he found us great homes view. He listened to what we were looking for. Read our reactions to the homes we viewed and tailored his search accordingly. When we found our perfect home he went to work helping us through the offer and loan application processes. Man, can't say enough good things about this guy. Helped to guide me through the entire process of BOTH buying and selling a house, both of which went off flawlessly, even in this crazy market. We ended up closing over our asking price and actually for the most in our area for price per square foot. It was incredible and life changing for us. He was very understanding and patient with me during this stressful time and always made me feel like I could pick up the phone and call him with questions or concerns. He always made time.
