Julian was the best real estate agent my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We bought a home in Colorado although we live in Texas. It took several months to find the home we wanted and he remained remarkably patient throughout the process. We closed remotely which is convenient, but without him doing a lot of the leg work it wouldn't have been possible. Most importantly after the purchase he stay involved by sending us information on all the utility companies we needed to contact, found us a person to plow our property during the winter and someone to watch the house when we were out of town. He really performed beyond what we expected
