Julian deserves 10 stars! His level of professionalism and knowledge about the market is unmatched. We were working with a different agent before finding Julian, and we definitely made the right decision going with him. Anytime we had ANY question (and believe me, we ask a lot of questions) he was always there no matter what day or time it was, happy to answer anything he could. We started looking when the market was not so hot with inventory, and he kept our spirits high and told us to hold tight until we found the right one, and not to rush into anything. Once we did find the house we loved, we cannot say enough about Julian's top notch work ethic. He helped us negotiate things we never even thought of. He was truly looking out for what was the best for my husband and I. Not only did he crush his end of it, but let's say he also did the work for the other agent who probably gave about 15% effort. The seller's agent was extremely difficult to work with, always unprepared and pretty incompetent - but Julian handled it like an extreme professional and fought to make sure everything was handled correctly and up to par. Even after closing he was there to help with items that were not followed through by the other agent. If you need someone who knows the market inside and out, will always be in your corner to lead you for what is best for you, and just an all around good guy and go-getter, Julian is your man.
