Julie and John are truly great. As a first time home buyer Julie helped me throughout the entire process. Any questions that I had she made sure to respond. They are both very honest and ensured that i was getting what I wanted. John went above and beyond to ensure that I would not have any issues with possible repairs. Julie is hands down the best realtor you would want/need! She makes sure everything is in order! She handles and does all she can for you! Great people, they put your wants and needs first. We told them what we were looking for and they picked out several different examples to choose from. They provided us with great ideas when discussing different options of the living spaces we were viewing. We will be doing business with them in the future.

This was my first home, i sent an email on April 3rd and on May 7 I closed on my first home. The last week the seller wasnt done with the repairs that needed to be done to close even with a extra week Julie and John handled it so it would get finish in time to close on the date I picked. They took all the stress off of me for my first home and walked we through everything. I have to say I would refer them to close friends and family if they was looking in Columbia area to buy. I will be using them again. Thank yall so much for your help and making this process as stress free as possible.

Julie was our first realtor for our first home. We had very specific standards on a low budget with a difficult schedule, and she accepted that challenge. Her services were absolutely flawless. She made buying our home much easier than most would have. She has done a wonderful job protecting us as clients, and still continues to after closing. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

My husband and I just bought our first house a few weeks ago, and we were so blessed to have had Julie as our realtor! Julie did a great job finding my mother a condo in Columbia. She worked within our limited budget and did not turn us away because our budget was too small. She also showed us numerous options and gave me honest opinions of each, so we could make the best decision. My mother is now situated and very comfortable in her new condo.
