Relocating from Michigan to Pennsylvania was a giant leap and a huge challenge to find a new home that would fit the needs of two teenagers, an artist and business owner, and a business professional that travels often. I moved from New Jersey to Delaware. My realtor in New Jersey (who is an exceptional realtor) referred me to Julie. Thus, I knew we were getting a great realtor. Well Julie surpassed great--is that even possible : ) She is extremely responsive. She is smart, listens to your needs, and is very much an expert in her profession. Indeed, there were many suggestions she made to us during our process that we would not have thought about (and neither my husband or I are novices at buying and selling real estate). She will advocate for you but in a very diplomatic manner. Last, but certainly not least, she is kind, incredibly genuine and trustworthy.
