Julie has been working for various lending institutions in marketing their REO and Auction properties for over 19 years, in addition to retail marketing.
She attended Riverside Community College and majored in real estate and finance. She received her license in 1997 and immediately began working her business. Julie obtained her CA Broker license in 2005 and her AZ Brokers license in 2011. She also worked at Emerald Escrow for 4 years as an auditor for the HUD REO's.
Along with REO's and Retail Real Estate, Julie managed 350+ auction properties for various auction companies and outsourcers. She has also been involved with property management from her early career to present and also owns several personal income properties.
Julie has a Husband of 21 years and two teenagers. She spends equal time working both her CA and AZ offices.
