More about Julie Derusha
Licensed in both Wisconsin and Michigan, Julie has been in the real estate business since 1991 and a Broker since 1994. Julie was born and raised in the Marinette/Menominee area and graduated from Menominee High School (home of the State Champ Menominee Maroons). After living in several other places, Julie returned home to the area she loved and has been active in promoting this area ever since. Julie is very active in the Marinette Country Board of Realtors where she has served as Secretary, Vice President, President and currently has been serving for several years as Treasurer.
She has received the MCBOR’s Realtor of the Year title in 1997 – 1998 and again in 2007 -2008, is the Chair of the Professional Standards Committee and serves on the Public Relations, Community Action, and Finance Committees.
