I still can't believe how lucky we were to find Julie. Her professionalism, integrity, reliability and work ethic far exceeded that of any realtor I've worked with. She is not only a super nice person, she's extremely smart, competent and efficient. All of this in a down-to-earth person who is real easy to communicate with . She never made us feel rushed or pressured even though we were all over the place in terms of what we might be interested in (price-range, fixer-upper, land, etc.) She diligently and thoughtfully guided us through the process. In addition to all this, there were several post-purchase items that she thought of and made happen....going way above and beyond the typical duties of a realtor. Without reservation, I would HIGHLY recommend that you seek her out as your realtor.

We chose Julie because of her prior experience with corporate relocation. She did not disappoint. She was responsive anytime of the day including weekends. We sold our house in two weeks and have no regrets. We recommend her without hesitation.

Julie did a fantastic job leading my wife and I through the purchase of a townhome for my mother-in-law. Julie was fantastic from start to finish. Since we are military, we had to do the home buying process from afar. Julie was great at communicating quickly via email or text. When we flew into town to house hunt, she had a very thorough plan to get us in and out of as many houses as possible so that we could utilize our short amount of time, but also find the perfect home. My husband and I recently purchased our first rental condo in Destin, Florida. Since we live in Texas, we had a short period of time to find a property while we were there on vacation/property hunt. And we had never purchased a rental or a property out of state, we werent aware of all the logistics involved. Working with Julie was awesome she educated us on the entire process from securing showings (which can be hard if they are rented out) to what questions needed to be asked of the property managers (things we would not of thought of), assessments fees, Florida contract, inspection process, etc. Julie went above and beyond the call of duty for us from securing painters, making sure the new washer and dryer were installed and working, to working with management to get a new water heater, setting up time to get furniture donated, to measuring for drapes. We have bought a lot of homes over the years and I have never worked with an agent as great as Julie. Not only is she our agent for all purchases in Florida going forward she is our friend. We cant say enough about how wonderful she istrust me you will love working with her!!

I cant say enough positive things about Julie. I met her at an Open House and after speaking with her, I knew I wanted her to be the realtor to help me find the proper home for my family. She has the knowledge and expertise to help anyone obtain a home within their budget. I was a first time buyer and Julie was a huge help in directing me to all the right people that would be helping me in my buying journey, while making the process as easy and relaxing as possible. I cant say enough great things about Julie! She helped us buy a home in Niceville, where we truly wanted to live. I was so tempted to buy in another town where I could maybe get more house for my money, but Julie helped recommend a great mortgage broker, showed us a million houses, and hooked us up with great benefits we were entitled to!
