Julie was very professional, pro-active, and was always one step ahead of my next question. She appears to be very versatile in the types of properties she is able to sell. She could have spent her time selling a higher-valued property, but instead helped me sell my condo and was always responsive throughout the process. When a buyer backed out the last minute, she had another buyer lined up the next day to buy cash. Julie seemed to be very resourceful and knows the area well. I would highly recommend her for selling your property.
