We were on the fence regarding selling ourselves or using a realtor. If using a realtor, which one? After interviewing Julie, we believed her sincerity in selling our home and her working hard for us convinced us that she was the one. Her honest opinion about what would improve our home sale were gladly accepted and in the end paid off 10 fold. Thru the entire process, photography, pricing, listing, open house, scheduling, and closing, we were the priority and that was obvious. The virus was a thorn we hadnt prepared for and a concern that it would botch things up, but she kept us on task and we came out with a big and fast win! And we were going to do it ourselves!

Julie is AMAZING in every sense of the word. The best realtor we've ever had! We spent 7 months from the beginning of our relocation search to closing on a house so we were not easy clients. We flew down about once a month to house hunt, sent countless emails asking questions about houses, and spent 10-12 hour days together when we'd fly in for a house hunt visit. All in, we probably looked at 75 houses. Not once did Julie make us feel like we were difficult clients. She handled us with ease and couldn't have been nicer. Honestly, the best realtor we've ever dealt with and we've bought and sold a few houses.
