Julie Kincheloe

I grew up in the east bay area and attended Cal Poly, earning a degree in Animal Science. My Real Estate career began in 1994 when I met my husband, the Chief Appraiser for a family owned local savings and loan. We opened Alpine Vista Appraisal in Truckee in 1994 and spent 20 years performing Residential and Commercial appraisals in the Greater North Lake Tahoe area. We retired in 2014 and spent a year travelling the US with our kids before returning to Northern California. We love this area, now living on a ten acre ranch where we have livestock, an orchard and family farm. My heart remains in Real Estate and I like nothing better than to find that perfect home for my family and friends. I tend to treat all my clients like family, offering a strong moral compass and client centered approach. I work hard to listen to the needs and desires of my clients before finding them their perfect match. My years of appraisal experience enable me to find the best deals for my buyers, and accurately but aggressively price homes for my sellers so everybody wins.
