She walked me through each step to ensure I understood everything. She responded to all texts and emails within minutes and made the process EXTREMELY easy. She was flexible and understanding when I needed to change dates and times, which is very important when buying a home. Julie is also extremely precise and professional. She reviewed the inspection notes and video and saved us on a sewer issue we didnt catch when we first went over the inspection! I couldnt thank her enough for everything. I continue to tell all my friends who are looking for an agent that Julie is the best.

If it were not for Julie's above and beyond dedication we would not have found a home. When we met Julie she assured us we would have a house in time and not just a house, but the house that was best for us. I'm so happy we trusted her with such an important decision. Between late evening showings, phone calls and her constant dedication to finding us the house that suited our family, she made sure we did not compromise on what was important to us, and negotiated for us the best deal possible. She exceeded our expectations and then some. Her expert advice, guidance and negotiation skills are what made working with her so seamless and easy as she walked us through every step of the process making sure we were comfortable with every decision and detail. As first time home buyers we were clueless to the process and nervous about making a huge mistake and purchasing the wrong home. She truly was an advocate for us, listening to our wants and needs, and delivering beyond what we could have expected.
