We were referred to Julie by a friend over two years before we were ready to list our home for sale. She began by coming into our home to make suggestions for improvements that would increase the price point, and she followed up several times in person to see the progress we were making. During that time, she also persevered and was successful in having our flood insurance abated. When it was time to list our home, she worked tirelessly to set the price, do the marketing and legwork, and prepare for our very successful open house (complete with balloons and cookies!) She took time to talk to each and every one of our potential buyers, making them feel welcome and pointing out positive features of our home.
