04/21/2016 - Michael Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in East Forest Park, Springfield, MA.Julie helped us purchase our first home, she set us up with a lender, home inspector, attorney... she handled it all and took all the stress out of it. We ended up moving our search to Springfield, 40 minutes from her office at least, and she was always prompt and informed on the market. She's a joy to spend time with and tour homes with- we did a lot of that!

What was particularly helpful for me is that I was out of town for much of the time right up to the closing date, so I depended on her to look things over and keep in touch with me. 04/04/2018 - Millwaters bought a piece of property in 2018 in Northampton, MA.We are moving to Northampton MA to retire. We were aquatinted with the downtown, but had little knowledge of the city. We were unsure if we were going to buy land and build or buy an existing house. Julie listened to us, served as an objective soundboard and helped us map out a plan for looking at land and familiarizing us with the community. In short, Julie was patient. She showed us scores of existing houses and a range of building lots throughout the Pioneer Valley. After a bit, we focused on land and Julie showed no exasperation with us (at the "wasted" time of looking at houses). Once we culled down to our final three lots, Julie connected us with builders to help us identify our best choice. After making our choice, Julie remained engaged, answering questions, finding resources and a terrific real estate lawyer, and helping us work through the closing process. Now that the closing has occurred, Julie has not stopped and continues to be willing to tap her network and find people who can help us build our dream home.

02/21/2018 - C. Sperry bought and sold a Single Family home in 2018 in Northampton, MA.Julie is truly an expert in her field! She was very knowledgeable about how to successfully sell our old house, and extremely patient and energetic in helping us find a new one. Her attitude remained optimistic and supportive throughout the processes of both selling our old home and searching for the just right new one. Her attention to detail was outstanding, and she didn't shy away from getting her hands dirty to do whatever needed to be done; things like shoveling snow, and even making minor plumbing repairs. She was on the job and available whenever needed, and worked very well with all the people we needed to interact with; including lawyers, lenders, other real estate agents, and even our new home building team members. Julie is a strong advocate for her clients, and is by far the best real estate agent we have ever encountered.

Julie was quite excellent in helping us find several options within our financial and geographic parameters. Due to our financial situation, we were selling our family home and making a cash purchase, we needed to coordinate the closing sale of our family home with the purchase of our new home. Julie found the right house in Greenfield for us, and pushed through the closing 8 days after we found the house, so we could move in the same day as the sale of our family house. 11/13/2016 - Tapan Pujara bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Northampton, MA.We were first time home buyers and had no knowledge of the area or the market or the community. I contacted her agency though the Zillow website. She was very prompt to get back within minutes. Being a first time home buyer, Julie guided us through really well. At times a buyer may think their wishes are not being communicated well but believe me, she know exactly what way to communicate so as to make the deal worth. She is straight and plain to tell directly what money is worth paying and what is not. I paid for a lot of modifications even though it was brand new construction. I took her advice in all matters and turned out I saved more than a normal market value. One of the most admirable thing about her is the immediate response on every matter. There were times when I sent her a text around 10pm (which I do not recommend to do), but she will get back right away without waiting for usual business hours. She has good knowledge about property values and knows the market well. She set us up with the correct person for home mortgage and worked as a perfect transition. Even after the closing, when I contacted her for some issues, still as prompt as before. Great personality and a great realtor. Highly recommended.

Although this process is meant to be very stressful, she made it very easy for us. At times, she stayed extra hours on weekends to get things done for us at our new house (furniture delivery/appliance delivery).
