Our journey with Julie started a few years ago we found an amazing rental house in the Colony. It was beautiful and the neighborhood was to die for. Two years later we are ready to purchase our first home and Julie guided us from step one. She not only found the place I fell in love with she educated us on some spending that we (I) needed to get under control (motherly advice) to make this purchase a possibility. Our process went to smooth that the financial advisor said this was one of the easiest and quickest loans they have ever worked on! Thank you Julie from the bottom of our hearts!

I can't say enough good things about Julie. I feel very lucky to have happened to find her on Zillow by chance. My fiance and I were first-time homebuyers, and at first we felt a little intimidated by the whole process, just because it was all so new. We were initially working with a realtor that we did not feel comfortable with, but we couldn't exactly put our fingers on the reason why. Then I contacted Julie, and from our first meeting we felt like she was exactly what we wanted and needed. This woman knows her stuff!! She has been in the business for years and knows neighborhoods, builders, lenders, contractors, really anything you would ever need related to your home. She is to the point and gives it to you straight, so you don't have to worry if she's sugar coating things just to get her commission. It feels like she really wants you to find a home that you not only like, but will also not give you problems down the road. She took the time to educate us about the entire homebuying process, from when to start looking to what closing will be like. For example, we are both not originally from TX and she made sure we understood foundation issues that are unique to TX soil, and whenever we saw a house with these issues, she let us know. She will respect what you want in terms of price, area, etc. and provide honest advice and guidance within what you want. It's also so important to know that she is VERY responsive and will answer calls, texts, emails ASAP; honestly, I don't know when she sleeps! She must have showed us something like 25 houses and it wasn't until around 21 that we found the house for us. Julie is patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and I plan to keep in touch with her in the future because she helped us sooo much, and I really do trust her advice. So if you are looking for an AMAZING realtor, please go with her!

Husband & I were considering multiple areas and she was patient enough to deal with our vague description of what we wanted. Julie is dedicated to her customers and listens, offering guidance and suggestions, remaining open to our changing direction.Julie is extremely knowledgeable in her field, sharing her expertise with a smile all the way. I never felt like a burden, even though this was my first home buying experience and I had seemingly endless questions.
