Julie has helped me find tenants for rental properties, helped me to offer a short sale, and helped my daughter find a short sale to purchase her first home, and walked her through the long process.She also listed a house for sale for us and worked tirelessly to get it sold and even attended the closing to smooth out any misunderstandings.

Our experience with Julie Sheffy was phenomenal from the minute we met her. We had already interviewed another Realtor the day before and found Julie to be head and shoulders above in knowledge, likability and confidence. She also was experienced when there is an 'estate' involved since my parents had passed. Another plus is that she truly gets along with all different personalities. The house went on the market Monday afternoon and by Tues, there were 2 offers. How great is that? We ended up accepting, so essentially the house was sold immediately. Closing was in 2 weeks. This is truly a 5 Star Realtor that you would be fortunate to have in your corner. After the closing we spoke and I made sure I told her how my husband and I felt. I told her "we really hit the jackpot with you Julie"

Julie is the consummate professional. Smart, saavy, informed. She will help you buy, sell, or rent. Her determination and tenacity does not change whether you are buyer, seller, looking to rent or looking for a suitable tenant. She's got years of experience, her own and her mom's to draw from. She will work long and tirelessly until the deal is done. Julie very often goes above and beyond for her clients. Julie has been our RE Professional for the purchase of 2 homes, both times she has worked tirelessly. Taking us around to show us homes on the one hand and on the other, showing the home we were selling. She conducted numerous open houses, fielded phone calls, etc.

Cannot say enough good about Julie and how she hung in there fighting for the sale of out rental property. It was not an easy sale. There were problemswith work done on property but did not show up in county records, also incorrect county surveys. County wanted to delay the sale of property forone month so they could have a meeting to correct the problem, but through her connections the sale of the property went forward. There were also problems with lawyers. Julie never gave up.

Julie Sheffy set up the process of listing our condo without any difficulty. She contacted all parties to assure the association needs were met. The listing photos looked very great, the listing price was fair and resulted in a quick offer, after only 2 days listed. She helped me every step of the way and facilitated a smooth closing.
