I would give 0 if possible. Used Julie as rental broker. Terrible agent who nickel and dimed us upon move-out. Had agreement to have carpets cleaned one day after move-out date and left our vacuum cleaner and (randomly) motorcycle helmet were left in unit until we confirmed carpets were done. They were gone when we checked the next day. Julie claimed ignorance as to whereabouts of approximately $300 dollars of property yet decided to charge $160 for spackle and paint after demanding we do it ourselves (we did). Avoid her and her company because they clearly don’t follow any ethical code.
