My husband and I had always lived on the east side of Portland, so when we decided to look for a home in Tigard, we wanted a real estate agent who knew the area. We had Julie show us an initial property that she had listed, and we were immediately sold on her style and professionalism. She is very personable, a great listener, and dedicated to doing what's right for the customer. We chose her as our buyer's agent and were very pleased with her throughout the process. She was very responsive and proactive. When it came to negotiating, she consistently went above and beyond to get us the best possible outcome. I have already recommended her to a family member and they had a similarly positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Julie!

If there were 10 stars, Julie would be a 10! I've worked with a LOT of realtors over the years, buying and selling, and Julie and her team is in a class by herself. The main reason is that she brings value to your transaction. It's not just another listing or a sale for her. She cares, from the heart, and puts herself into your project, as well as being a master professional. I've received texts from her at 10 pm! She will have excellent ideas for your property that you may have never thought of, as she did with mine. She is extremely hard working, and overall is simply amazing at what she does. She has what I call "vision" for a property. She knows the market, and what will broaden your pool of buyers. Her ideas are all designed to bring more bang for the buck, and if some pre-sale improvements or upgrades are needed, she has a large pool of resources for contractors.
