My husband and I recently purchased a home and Juliet was our Realtor. She was patient with us as we changed our minds a few times about what we wanted to do (whether to purchase land and build or to buy an existing home.) She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and had multiple contacts for financing and inspections, which made it very easy for us. The process was smooth and we were pleased! She even had documents sent to us before we asked for them, and was very responsive to any questions we had.

I highly recommend Juliet Patterson! She came into a situation with a house that had languished on the market for 6 months under a previous realtor. After acquiring Juliet's services the house was relisted and we had a buyer in one week! Obviously, she is a hard worker as well as being very personable. All around, a very pleasuable experience!
