Julie specializes selling real estate in the Art Museum Area, Center City and has handled real estate sales in every Philadelphia neighborhood and the near Suburbs and is licensed in New Jersey. Julie Welker is a dedicated stakeholder in Philadelphia’s communities. Her commitment to our neighborhoods is evident in over a quarter century of public service and private enterprise.
