Julio Lajara is a very good realtor. He is very professional and helpful.

Julio is extremely unprofessional and rude. Not only was he smoking a cigarette before entering my home, but as I was showing him around my house, he made a rude comment about my accent. Which is absurd because he's a Dominican man with a heavy accent as well. I don't judge anyone, so to be made fun of in my own home is disgusting. I felt extremely self conscious after our encounter when all I wanted to do was sell my home. Apart from the cigarette and the rude comment, he tracked left over snow and dirt into my home. I had just polished the floors and I had a mat in front to prevent that, which he completely ignored and continued anyway, even when I told him not to. I'm glad someone else in the review section had a great experience with him, but I surely did not. Anyway, I hope he can be more polite in the future, but I will never be reaching out for business from him ever again, and whoever else does, I hope they get a better experience than I did.
