This guy is FIRE. Anything you want sold its gone! Attention to detail Is an understatement. Im an investor and have gone through a lot of agents. That all stopped with Jules, this guy is worth his weight in gold. Took a while but we found our guy with Jules. You will not be disappointed with this guy and his team. This guy makes you feel Like you're part of his family! Can not say enough! Thank you again Jules, you are the man!

We worked with Jules to purchase our most recent home. Having purchased two houses, using 3 different realtors in the past, I can say Jules stands out immensely. He is highly organized, responding to text messages and calls all hours of the day and all the days of the week. His organizational and time management skills allowed us to schedule a showing just days after it was listed. Jules put us in contact with everyone, mortgage (not just one bank, but several, to help taylor the best product for our needs), home inspector and closing attorney. The best part about Jules is he's not transactionally focused. Other realtors care about closing a deal, moving on and their only contact with you is nicely looking for future referrals. I like to think of Jules as my realtor, not the realtor (past tenth) I used to buy my house. I still occasionally bounce ideas off him, most recently refinancing my mortgage. Historically, I would never post a review for a realtor, because I've never been satisfied. Jules blew my expectations out of the water. I will definitely be using him for our next real estate transaction.

Jules is simply awesome! He is knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful. He was very attentive to our needs. Jules is easy to get ahold of and if he can’t help you right at that moment, he always gets back to you with a time when he is available. He definitely knows his stuff and many times went out of his way to help us negotiate issues with the building of our new home. He acted as our advocate and our chief negotiator with the contractor. It was nice to know we had a “team” for this daunting process. Most of all Jules is an absolute pleasure to work with! He is personable and friendly and every interaction with him was a joy. I recommend him to everyone I know looking to buy or sell a home!

Jules made our first home buying experience amazing. We met him at an open house he was showing and we knew immediately we wanted to work with him. He explained everything in ways that were easy to understand and follow through and was extremely attentive through the whole process, and even in the year since we purchased. I can always turn to him for questions about our ongoing ownership for recommendations for improvement services. Julius was an amazing real estate agent from the start and still continues to help us to this day. He listened to exactly what we wanted and helped us find just that! He wasn't pushy and didn't try to make us buy something out of our comfort zone. We still keep in touch 2 years later as I ask him for referrals for a variety of professionals such as electricians and plumbers to do work on our house!
