I believe everyone should own a home. I've believed that ever since I bought my first house when my children were small. It had no windows or doors or heat, but it was ours and that's where I learned what owning a home means. I've been selling real estate for 31 years. I've learned an immense amount about selling and buying homes as part of a retirement plan. I retired once when I sold my rentals so I'm speaking from experience. I went back to work because I really like selling real estate. I am well schooled in vacation rentals, ranches, and single family dwellings .I've helped numerous families build homes from the ground up. My biggest strength is marketing.
