Justin was really helpful. We really liked working with him. We were house hunting for 6 months or maybe more and we just met him at an open house. He listened to all of our crazy offers and he put them in for us. And we ended up getting a really good deal on our house. He was very helpful to us. One thing that was really nice in general was our house was kind of a lengthy process because the sellers had a lot of issues and things that came up throughout it so we were actually in escrow for several months in the end and it was a normal sale so that was kind of difficult. But he was always there on top of things and constantly updating me even to the very last thing of getting the garage door opener and the mail keys from the previous owners; he was on top of it! So in general he went above and beyond for us.

Justin has done several real estate deals for myself and my family. This involved buying, selling, and handling foreclosures. He's always done an excellent job, and this is why I always refer him to my friends and family, or anyone looking to get involved in real estate. This year our mother passed away, so we had to sell her home in California. We asked him to do so, and he did a wonderful job for us. Everyone in my family was very pleased with his work. It was a touchy matter, but he handled it very professionally.

He is wonderful, he went beyond! He helped us every step of the way and with a lot of things that we didnt know. There was not a time when we called, texted or asked questions where he did not answer us immediately. He always tried to find every solution for us and get us the best results. We love our home! We ended up getting a good lender, so he went beyond. We have no complaints, we would definitely use him again and we would definitely refer him. We think he is awesome!
