10 years ago we attempted to buy a home and it was the worst experience ever. It was so emotionally and mentally draining that we did not want to go through this again. Last year during COVID we knew it was time to do what we had to do to get our s together and buy a home. We had great direction from our mortgage provider Bruce Nangle which was an amazing experience and it put us in the correct path to purchase a home. The one crucial aspect that we knew we had to have was an amazing realtor. Someone who was going to stand by our side on this journey that we were about to embark on. We found that perfect person. We found PARKER TIMM! (tears fill the eyes) Parker did not only make us drive all over Ventura County to spots we have never seen, he also went to bat for us with many realtors. We had many showings, but we found her.our forever home. A place where the boys have their own rooms. A place where we can make memories to last a lifetime. OUR place. Now although there were some things that had to happen first, the owner found his home of choice and we patiently waited for that process to happen, which happened a lot sooner than we expected.
