Justin is hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with. We have done numerous transactions with him and will never use another realtor in New Jersey. Not only is Justin knowledgeable, he gets things done efficiently. Buying and selling real estate can bring many unpleasantries, but Justin makes it stress-free.

From the first meeting with Justin, we felt at ease. Under his guidance and direction, we ended up listing and selling our property at the perfect time, for an amazing price and quickly. He knows the market in our area and is always responsive. The experience could not have been easier or more stress free. Now....we celebrate!

But where he truly excels is at marketing and developing a caring relationship with his clients. He advised us on how to make our home appeal to the Millennial buyer, while not making unnecessary renovations; hired a professional photographer so that our home popped out on the online listing; and ensured that our listing price and open house timing would be at their most advantageous. Sadly, I lost my husband to cancer during the process. Our whole family appreciated Justin's compassion and thoughtfulness in negotiating extra time with the buyers, helping us get through the CO, and buoying us with his positive energy.
