Justin was a pleasure to work with. He is a real professional with an approachable and friendly personality. He worked hard for us, constantly updating our listing with new images and fresh content. He followed up on every showing and provided great direction as we prepared for settlement. We were very pleased in working with Justin. House went on the market on a Saturday morning and four sets of people viewed our house the next day. That Sunday night we had verbal offer at our asking price which was presented in writing the next day. This led to the sale of our home.
Justin was extremely helpful in the search for our home. Finding a home can be stressful, but he always kept us informed of homes that he knew we would like, keeping in mind our budget and the area we wanted to live. He was knowledgeable and dependable when it came to answering our questions and alleviating any concerns we had. We will most definitely be using him as our realtor with future home purchases!
