When I first started mine and my wife's house search, we were combing through different realtor site's seeing properties we were interested in. When we placed our contact information into one of the interested properties, we were contacted by a realtor. Needless to say we didn't go any further cause the property had already accepted an offer and the agent we spoke with wasn't interested in showing us properties unless we had a pre approval. This was the same roughly 2 more times over the course of couple of months. The most recent one property we filled out our contact information, Justin contacted us. And right off the bat, he was very welcoming - calm and willing to hear what we thought and what we wanted. And though we didn't have a pre approval letter, it didn't deter Justin from showing us properties. And what was great about Justin - he listens, brainstorms, and comes up with a plan with the best possible outcome. He's willing to go all in or take it slow and listen to your concerns. Not only was he helpful in letting us see properties, but also gave us instructions on what the next procedure would be and what is to be expected. He not only made us feel more than clients, he made us feel like friends. The team that he has - whether it is mortgage advice, home inspection advice, realtor advice - are truly experts in the field and always there to guide us - 24/7. I can't stop saying how amazing Justin is. If you want a realtor who care, who treats you more than a client, who guides you through the nuisances of realtor purchase, without feeling pressured to do something you don't want to do, that is Justin. He reacted to our future home that came on the market Friday, he got us in for a viewing on Sunday, he advised us on the offer that made ours stand out vs the competition by Sunday night, and by Monday, the seller's accepted our offer.
